The Epicor users group is an association of Epicor users who:
  • combine to enhance the protection of their investment in Epicor and associated products
  • freely exchange ideas and experience for their mutual benefit
  • review, comment, and influence Epicor products, future products and policy
  • provide a platform for Epicor and other parties to present products, ideas, policy and strategy and to respond to requests from users.

The group specifically represents users of Epicor Enterprise, Clientele, Scala and associated products in the European region, although it does have members in other regions.

It also has close associations with other Epicor users group in particular the European group for Epicor Manufacturing products and the Epicor North American users group. Links to the web sites for these groups can be found on the Links page.

The group has existed in one format or another since 1995 when it was established to represent users of Platinum's SQL and PFD products. As Platinum products evolved and the company expanded, eventually becoming Epicor, the users group evolved accordingly..

The users group is an independent group run by an administrator under the direction of a steering committee elected by the members from the members. The relationship with Epicor is a positive and fruitful one and Epicor is very supportive of the users group. The users group nevertheless cherishes its independence.

For details of the steering committee please see the relevant page in the members' only section.
